What to Include in a Request
- The email address associated with your account
- What you were doing, what happened, and what you expected to happen
- Screenshots or a screen recording, if available
- The device and browser (or app) you were using
Account and Data
- Account deletion. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data directly in the app: go to Settings → Account Deletion. Deletion completes after a 30-day grace period. You may also email support@webgrowly.com.
- Data export. Export tools are available in the admin panel. See the Data Processing Addendum for data-handling terms.
- AI-generated content. To report inaccurate or inappropriate AI-generated content, use the Report AI Content option in the app, or email support@webgrowly.com.
